Welcome to The Plants of 140!

It all started innocently enough—just me, my new house, and two big, beautiful plants to brighten up the living room.

Fast forward a few years, and my home now resembles a botanical garden after a caffeine binge. What began as simple decoration quickly spiraled into glorious plant mayhem, with every windowsill, shelf, and unsuspecting corner claimed by leafy friends.

My plant love story is still growing (sometimes out of control), and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My Passion for 140BPM (mostly)

If you ever catch me singing to my plants, chances are it’s to the beat of trance music at a solid 140 BPM.

Trance has been the soundtrack to my life—lifting my spirits, fueling my creativity, and, most importantly, bringing me together with my husband. He’s a producer and DJ, so our house is always alive with music, laughter, and the occasional impromptu dance party (plants included).

My Passion for Game of Thrones

From the very first episode, I was hooked on Game of Thrones. The drama! The dragons! The endless plot twists!

As a nod to the legendary houses and the epic tales of Westeros, I named my project The Plants of 140.

It’s my small tribute to a world where alliances are forged, legends are born, and, apparently, even the ferns have a favorite house.
